Detailed Structure of Revenue Share Membership

Step 1. Purchase of artwork

• Purchase, storage and exhibition of real artwork (Epic Art as the main agent)

• Purchase of artworks of Epic Art and associated galleries or artwork that fits Epic Art’s selection criteria

※ Epic Art selects and operates artworks with artistry, activity and a high potential of future value growth even though we don’t know much about the artist or the artwork. We also continuously work with domestic and foreign galleries and curators to increase the value of NFT and real artworks.

Step 2. Exhibitions and sales of artwork

• Permanent exhibitions at complex cultural space ‘Epic Cloud’

• Sales of copyrighted products

• Domestic and international offline exhibitions and a metaverse gallery

Step3. Revenue shares

• Operation revenue shares

  • Operation revenue from leasing artworks or selling copyrighted products. Revenue will be shared based on NFT retention (will be paid after deducting expenses)

• Sales revenue shares

  • Sales revenue from selling artwork that Epic Art owns. Revenue will be shared based on NFT retention (will be paid after deducting expenses)
